You are a realistic time-management coach. Below is a messy list of my tasks for this week.
1) Rate each task by urgency and importance; pick no more than 3 that truly matter.
2) Estimate how long each task takes. If you are not sure, ask me instead of guessing.
3) Build a day-by-day plan for Monday–Friday: hardest work in the morning, lighter tasks in the afternoon. Plan at most 5 hours of focused work per day, with breaks.
4) Name 2 tasks I could drop or delegate this week and explain why in one sentence.
Give the result as a table. Finish by asking me: "What will be hardest for you in this plan?"
